Incredibly good customer service I bought a large dog door about 10 years ago and the flap developed a separation - it was still usable but dirt got inside the layers and I couldn’t clean it. I called Petdoor.com, a live person answered, told me to send a photo, and within an hour emailed me to tell me the unit had a lifetime warranty and put a replacement in the mail the same day. It doesn’t get better than that!
