Management is horrible there they're very rude I believe the manager that was supposed to help was named Pablo, they won't help out and then when you call with an issue they won't get back with you it's just like a runaround

This location consistently fails to provide shopping carts for customers. During my recent visit, I was told to go retrieve a cart from a grocery store several businesses away. That response is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the store’s level of service. The lack of carts creates a significant inconvenience, particularly for customers shopping with children or purchasing heavier items such as large bags of dog food. To be honest I’m surprised this Petco grooming is not very busy and even accept walkin client. Bella did an amazing job to my 5 years Bernedoodle. She’s friendly, kind and efficient. She’s also very good at her job, my doodle looks so cute!! This is exactly the teddy bear look I want. I highly recommend everyone who have a doodle come to this store!!!
