I’ve been bringing my pets to this Petco for grooming services for years. While I always felt the customer service in the grooming department could have been better, it was never bad enough for me to complain — until now. Ever since the Petco on Tampa in Northridge closed, the grooming service at the Granada Hills location has noticeably declined. Since then, my appointments have been canceled multiple times.
