Made an appointment for bath , nail trimming for my dog online , I was asked if dog has any heart condition I marked yes and marked the option of the heart condition next morning took my dog and was told they dont groom dog with that heart condition and that is very understandable, but why not just make you aware on line when making the appointment that they can't groom dogs with that heart condition . My experience was weird, I paid for my dog’s self wash station and asked for the lights to be turned on so I can properly wash my dog and the employee I asked comes with attitude and brings her Manager to tell me I can’t wash my dog since they closed the station? Okay babe he’s already in the shampoo process and your staff member charged me soooo what’s it gonna be?
