I ordered an order from PETSMARTS WEBSITE for delivery to my home from the store. I never received it even though it said it was delivered. They use door dash for their local deliveries from the store to home. I call them and explained the situation and that I never received my order. They say once it leaves the store they are not liable if you receive it or not. How is that fair to your customers?! I didn’t choose to use Door Dashes delivery service.
