Petco is normally a great place to shop and I truly enjoy coming here. However, I am leaving a 1 star review because I believe action needs to be taken regarding how employees are treated. Writing I’ve been bringing my dog to the Petco in Evans, GA for grooming for about two years, but after what I witnessed today,(03/04/2026) time was around 130/1230pm this will be my last visit. While I was paying for my dog’s grooming, I could see through the window into the grooming area. A groomer was working on a poodle/schnauzerdoodle-type dog with thick hair and was combing very aggressively with a thin-toothed comb, pulling through the hair around the dog’s face without much care.
