Jordyn Meta , the new store manager is horrible. I have been coming to this store for 21 years. I have lizards, fish, chinchillas and dogs. My dogs have been groomed here for 14 years. I also use Vetco and have all animals on the vital care program. When Nicole was the manager things were amazing. She really loved animals. Then Jackie was the manager and she was good. Found a fresh food for my kitties at a reasonable price
I received outstanding customer service from two store employees, Sharon and Scott. I've shopped at this store location since it's opening about 25 years ago, and have always received great service from its staff. Scott has gone out of his way to assist me in locating hard-to-find products so many times that I couldn't possibly remember them all.
