Good customer service and easy pick up
Sadly not the best groomers. Not friendly or caring. Got my baby a bath last week paid extra for teeth brushing. Got home n realized teeth weren't touched. oh well waste of $12, didn't complain. Noticed he was scratching us with ‘cut’ nails. Took him to a sister location. LISTEN! Completely different experience. They inspected him. Gave recommendations on styles for his breed n face shape. and what really got me a little ticked off is his nails were never touched they were hiding under his fur and masked.
