I visited the store on Sunday afternoon around 2:30/3:00 to inquire about the holiday grooming special that I saw online. The groomer spoke to me as if she absolutely did want to be bothered. Her entire vibe was off. The internet special mentioned walk ins are welcome but I could clearly see she did not want to be bothered with me or my puppy.
