Abby was very disrespectful and act like she couldn’t put my paperwork back in my hand the same way I gave it to her…. Soon as I came to the desk she gave me a weird vibe…. Like she didn’t want my service…. I presented my papers showing that my son (puppy)had all his vaccinations and was told I had to have some signature… My paperwork clearly says where and when the vaccinations took place with the card and phone number…. I came in to get my Great Dane puppy vaccinated and everyone in the clinic was so kinda and gentle. The only thing I recommend is to update the address I was given the address 5362 Campbell blvd in my confirmation but the actual store address is 5363 Campbell blvd.
Manager was very understanding and receptive of my not so great dog grooming experience. Great selection of products.
