I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this place. The last time I brought my dog in, his hair was cut far too short, so I filed a complaint. Apparently, instead of addressing the issue, they’ve chosen to penalize me for speaking up. Now I’m unable to book appointments online at Petco at all. When I called for clarification, the manager Jenifer told me that because I complained previously, I’m no longer allowed to bring my dog there.
