Store has really gone down hill !!! I came in the store with all three of my young ones, and asked the three store employees standing at the registers for help finding a certain item. This one woman who seemed to be a boss said that they are over their somewhere. After not even showing me where they were, she stayed up at the registers and began to talk about me and my 3 quote crazy kids!!!! I used to shop here a lot, and now will no longer shop here. Terrible experience these last couple of times due to a newer supervisor there. The last few times I have been in shopping she has been, not helpful and has a bad attitude towards everyone including myself. I'm going to Petsmart for now on.
Zero Star Rating!!! Last time I go to this Petco Location. A woman who works there named or nick named TAJ is so arrogant and condescending it disgusts me. She has such a bad attitude towards customers, it makes me so uncomfortable. She acts like she owns the store, and does not care if she looses customers! It did not surprise me to see that someone else has already posted negative feedback about this certain individual and Petco location. I have never been treated so poorly in an establishment before. The Inventory Manager named "TAJ " was laughing at me saying she would not return my product for me. Instead of nicely stating that she was unable to make the return, she personally attacked me while laughing at me in front of all the sales associates, and customers. How embarrassing it was!!!! She even told me in front of all those people that I was " Dismissed". If I come to find this employee still works there, I will be taking my business... read more
