This place is a bunch of hacks. The manager, "Rocky," made judgments about my dog (whom he had never met) that were opposite that of our vet, an expert. They were uncaring, rude, and didn't care that we'd been long term customers.
This place gave me, a long-term customer, pretty shabby treatment. The manager, "Rocky," felt he knew better for my dog than her veterinarian did. My dog has an asymptomatic heart murmur that she's had all her life and never causes a problem. Yet I was told today that Petco wouldn't no longer take her because of this, even though her veterinarian could advise that she would be fine. I'm retired and my dog is all I have. Petco is nearby and easy for me to get to. This was just out of the blue and really disappointing.
Petco employees are courteous and friendly.
