Worst experience at Petco – Manager named Tylor I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Petco. I found a dog bed placed in a section with a different price, but instead of handling it professionally, the manager, Tylor, was rude and dismissive. Mistakes can happen, but the way he spoke to me was completely uncalled for. I’ve always liked Petco, but this visit really changed my opinion. I hope they train their staff better on how to treat customers with respect.
