I went in to pick up a few things for my pets and when I checked out, I declined to do the donation. The cashier then said, "You get this bag for your $20 donation!" To which I replied, "I didn't make a donation." She said, "Yes you did." and walked away. Never offered to cancel it out or correct it. That's okay, I made the donation and now I know never to go to that location again.
Very pleased by there service and there fish
The staff here is very knowledgeable about salt water aquariums and as a result they have healthy fish and coral. Great place for reef keepers.
