great service & amazing workers! a kind lady gave our dog some treats too! always a good experience :)
Very disappointed in the staff here. I brought my 4 year old to get his first pet, a lady approached us as we are looking at enclosures. I asked if the one was still on sale, as a bunch were marked as on sale, she then pulled the sale tag off and said “you did yourself a disservice, they would have honored that at the counter” the enclosure was 50% off… we left immediately and plan to give our business to a more honorable business than one who would say/do that to a 4 year old.
