Their live feeder shelf smells from a mile away. Even on the restock days finding a feeder tub that isn't full of dead insects and doesn't smell like death is impossible. Most of the time the insects have no hydration added. They're selling recycled pine pellet "cat litter" / equine bedding for a shocking price when it is an extremely cheap by-product of wood recycling and shouldn't cost more than $1 a kilo. I researched “dog wash near me” - Petbarn West Wollongong came up advertising DIY dog wash. I have previously frequented this Petbarn, and knew there was no dog wash, however thought it must have been recently installed. I attempted to contact the store, it rang out. I drove to the store, asked if they had DIY dog wash - all three staff said no & gave suggestions for alternative dog washes in the area. Staff were helpful & friendly.
