Sometimes they have cute kittens! Friendly staff and always have what we need in stock!
The customer service is impeccable. I ordered uber delivery from them but sadly there wasn’t stock for 2/3 items, but it wasn’t an issue as they sent extra kitty treats and refunded me, and I ended up ordering on the PetBarn app for cheaper delivery anyway (note to self to just order through the loyalty app next time..!). Every time I visit in store the staff are also very friendly and helpful!
