Petbarn staff are always friendly and super helpful at every store including this one.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Petbarn Wetherill Park. I was speaking with John from the Wetherill Park store, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. John claimed that my dog bites and made assumptions about my dog’s behavior without any justification. My dog is very small and has never bitten anyone. Being accused of having an aggressive dog when it is simply not true was frustrating, embarrassing, and disrespectful.
