Have had to return 2 out of 3 purchases. Incorrect pricing or labelling.
Lazy customer service. I needed to know if something was in stock before i drove all the way down there, i called about 4 or 5 times to no answer. It was barely 9:30, so they had just opened. Theres no way they were too busy in store, their staff is just too lazy to answer the phone. I left a message like 2 hours ago and no call back. I just went to a different petshop in the end. Great helpful staff and easy to navigate store
Very good service by the gentleman I met there. Good selection of standard Petbarn items. I got some treats for the furbabies, which were very much appreciated, as well as a stylish summer dress for my lil shihtzu.
