Shannon the manager and the old lady that works there are the rudest people. They don't know customer service so I suggest you stay away. All they wanted to do was argue with me when I said several times to put the transaction through.
Product I ordered was available for pick up super quick and the staff member was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend shopping at Victoria Point Petbarn.
Went to use the hydrobath for my dog this morning. We were the first ones to use it as a arrived on opening. I walked in to the room and almost walked back out. The floor was covered in dog hair, it was all stuck to the ground and looked gross. The bath also looked pretty dirty. I hosed the bath down when I started using it to give it a bit of a clean and then after I had used it with the disinfectant option. We love coming to the groomers at this store because all the staff are so lovely and always so helpful and my two dachshunds love coming
