Hi I would just like to say a big thank you to the young male staff member you had on today at the counter. I needed assistance with a Ezydog chest plate and lead. He went above and beyond to help me great customer service. I was also assisted by your groomer who was so helpful after having to drive to another store due to a miscommunication by the Oxenford store. It was very much out of my way to drive to another store although your staff made up for it. Well done guys!
