Disappointing experience today. I was purchasing just under $100 worth of products but had a frustrating issue when asking for specific aquarium parts (separate check valves and flow valves) rather than a bulk kit. The staff member initially helping me was lovely—she looked up the first item (check valves) and confirmed the system showed 3 in stock which she said she'd go look for out the back.
