I had a really lovely experience at Tuggeranong Petbarn today. Nathan (the boy whose at the cashier) was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. He made the whole shopping experience feel easy and comfortable, and you can really tell he cares about customers. Thank you, Nathan — really appreciate your great service! Also, the young lady who’s setting up the cat food too, however, I can’t see her name tag. Who’s very helpful to handle the boxes of cat food to me.

Tried the grooming service as we couldn't access our usual groomer. $120 for a medium dog is a pretty standard price and the groomer was on time and friendly. The groom was fine with about 90% of the cut even, there were patches of missed fur that I had to trim at home. Some skin had been nicked during the cut which we found out at home as our dog was irritated a few days. Nothing major but we would have liked to have found out during the pick up.
