Paul Online customer service was really rude blaming potential client on issues with IP address which turned out to be a lie in the end (evidence in transcript) just to find out the website I tried to pricematch was banned from the price match list (manufacturer website). The service at the west Gosford store is absolute atrocious. My 12 year old son is also gob smacked at how they treat people.
Failed to deliver on time. Poor customer service response and lack of care in resolving problem despite my explanation why I needed the order urgently and due to chronic health conditions couldn't get items I needed from a store. Lost a long term customer as a result
