aning: The groomer was rude when she met us in the morning, and we felt unwelcome from the start. The grooming was not done properly; there were areas of the hair and body that were still not trimmed well. Despite this, we were charged extra for additional time. We do not understand the purpose of the extra time if the work was not completed properly. When we went to pick up our dog, we asked how the grooming went.
