Great staff and great products
stupid customer service. my poor friend just wanted to buy a fish and name it Kevin 3.0 after Kevin 2.0, a frog, was eaten by Kevin the original dog. Sophie refused to let my leprechaun friend by a fish. she was planning to take very good care of it and put it somewhere it cannot be eating by Kevin the dog. Sophie left a massive area of sunken fish breath around the shop. I think that she should maybe be taught by the manager the uses of deodorant.

I send my pooch Ari to the groomers at Petbarn Sunbury. My dog suffers from anxiety and can be quite sensitive. The ladies that he sees on a Monday are fantastic with him. He seems to be calm around them and trusts them, which makes me so happy. I’m always very impressed with his haircut and the level of care and service. I highly recommend!
