I have never in my life made a complaint, until now …. The young missable girl with dark hair that was working today was a horrid, I have 3 large fish tanks to which I have had most of my fish for years , but slowly but surly I am getting rid of them before moving back to Ireland, I went into this store to ask if any of the staff kept fish at home or wanted fish for the store . Click and collect is always super fast. I go to this store (over commercial rd) as they have onsite parking which is convenient for me. Staff are always helpful.
Amazing service, quick to act and genuinely caring, I was treated lazing through the phone after expected delivery was when I wasn’t home, upon hearing this I was offered a delivery within the next hour to make sure I had the cat food I needed. Fabulous service that you don’t see much now days
