Absolutely amazing service from the young lady in the fish section. I could tell she is passionate about animals and really informative. Keep up the Great work🫶
Could not ask for a better experience. I was dealing with Shanelle who went above and beyond. I'm dog sitting at the moment and she really narrowed down a dog food that would be appropriate for his needs. Shanelle also spent the time to help me find alternatives when my preferred cat food brand was slowing down on their production. Communication, transparency and attitude was a solid 10/10.
One staff member refused to sell me a betta fish and its products together. Basically told me I had no idea what I am talking about with set up ect.. have own before and know what I am doing so no idea what her issue was.. will be taking my service else where from now on.
Petbarn Springfield have wonderful staff that are very friendly & helpful. We use the hydrobath to bath our 2 dachshunds and they love. The store and the bathing area are always clean, tidy and organised.
