Took our Cavalier to be groomed there and if I could rate zero stars I would. Areas were cut far too short for a winter coat and others were hacked at or not even touched. It looks like I dropped him off at a childcare centre and let the kids go to town with scissors. When I raised my concerns, I was offered that they would correct or another Pet Barn would fix plus receive 30% off the next grooming done there. Don't ask me how you put hair back on a dog!!!! Don’t get caught by Petbarn’s "Click & Collect" trap. I placed an order for Bell & Bone Dental Sticks and Evolution Pill Pillows at their Sunbury store. I was charged immediately and received an email confirming the order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the female staff member was incredibly rude—basically barking at us that the order didn't exist. Put my dog in at 9am to be groomed still wasn't groomed at 11:30 not good enough what's the point of making an appointment. Hopeless service

I had just been to PetStock Anzac Ave to buy a thunder coat for my dog. The young lady there could not have been more helpful. We measured the coat on my dog but it was too small, and they didn't have any in stock. I then went to Pet Barn on Ruthven st. We searched the whole store, and couldn't find anything or a person to help us. We then lined up in the line (3 cashiers). When we got to the cashier all she did was point to the isle.
