Such a lovely first experience at Petbarn today with my new puppy. Vicky was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable helping me with everything from fitting her harness to choosing the right puppy products. As a new puppy parent she made me feel really reassured and looked after. Great customer service can be hard to find and Vicky is an absolute credit to the store. Thank you so much!

Di was SO wonderful with helping my beautiful wriggly kitten fit a new harness for the first time. She was so patient and helpful and would not have known what to do with out her. She was ever so gentle and reassuring to our sweet Mabel.
Very helpful staff and good range of products. I typically purchase my aquarium supplies here and have always been super pleased with the service and products.
