Excellent customer service experience
I have been to the shop yesterday, was really disappointed with staff behaviour, two young ladies was working one of them was really rude towards us. Also most of the fish tank had dead fish in it, my daughter was asking about it to me that she must have overheard and that may triggered her I believe, I think staff needs more training
I went into Petbarn seeking advice about my pet adult male polar bear. He’s a lovely pet but quite prone to sleeping for long durations, I thought perhaps he was a bit down due to the warmer climate compared to Canada where I found him but the staff informed me of a concept called hyper nation that is very common and normal in bears. Very helpful team at Petbarn south morang :)
