I visited the pet shop yesterday morning and had such a wonderful experience thanks to Veruska. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to recommend the right items and find the best fit for my puppy. She guided me through everything step by step and even sent me off with a puppy pack, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch.
