Poor customer service to loyal customers. I bought a product and wanted to return it as it wasn't suitable. I apologised that I didnt have the docket but as a loyalty customer I knew they could look it up. It was purchased in April when I was with my daughter and purchased items well over $100. I came into the store to buy some cat food and treats and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I walked past three different team members and wasn’t greeted or offered any assistance. When I reached the counter, the staff member serving, who I understand is the store manager, was finishing another transaction.
