Usually I go to Pet Quarters but Petbarn has what I need sometimes. I swear they only hire rude and grumpy staff here. There already was enough and then they hire a younger lady who seems annoyed at being asked questions and having to serve you. Everyone I talk to says the same! Rutherford needs an overhaul in staff and cleanliness.
Great service, products and prices
I went to this store today . The young lady that served me she was very pleasant & couldn’t do enough for me . She seemed very happy . Her name was Larissa . But you really have to pick your staff .
I went into Petbarn Rutherford today to purchase supplements for my dogs. The staff member (older lady) was serving another customer when we got to the checkout counter. She then went with the customer to discuss something about the fish in the tanks. She returned to the counter to check the customer out but at NO TIME during this did she even acknowledge us standing by the counter.
