Staff are fabulous, Charlie went above and beyond to help me with my needs. He called a different store to hold a product for me after looking out the back to no avail. All the staff have so much respect and the store is always tidy.
Keep an eye on the prices. Every time I go there they take member number which should apply the discount but they never apply the said discount. Got home today and it’s happened again. It’s a small amount of money but not sure I love this place very much
Amazing customer service at Petbarn. Natalie always greets me with a smile and even remembers my name, which makes every visit feel welcoming. Her positive energy, confidence, and willingness to help customers really make her stand out. Most of the staff are helpful, but she is truly exceptional.
The service here is amazing. I was greeted by Lucas who was very helpful with my order and other questions I had. In general, customer service in petbarn is not great but in this store is a different story.
