Cocopop and I love Petbarn in Richmond she goes crazy before we pull in. She’s always made a fuss of and knows exactly where treats are behind the counter! Staff are great, knowledgeable and always offer to help. I walk away happy knowing Cocopop loves going there it’s her special place. 🐶🐾❤️

Did an online order via UberEats for x1 Royal Canin Indoor cat food and x2 14kg of cat litter. Whoever did the packing did not pay attention to the order listed nor was paying attention when giving out the order to the driver. I was not given my cat litters and was also given the wrong cat food. Usually have no issues and get great service when ordering. But am a bit disappointed with this one as I had to re-order again for the cat litters to be delivered.
Im a big fan of Petbarn Richmond .. Service is always friendly. You can tell they love all the pets that come in. Always match pricing that I've provided and they always have what we need. Noice 🤩
