First time walking in, I was blown away by the product range. Most importantly, I was treated by fantastic customer service. My family and I were absolutely satisfied by the entire shopping experience.
The dog wash facilities are super handy. And do many food and treat options . Great bedding range for the dogs. Click and collect option is quick and easy to organise online. Customer service in store was great.
I don’t usually write reviews but I want to mention Amber from the prospect store. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything to me. I wasn’t rushed at all and her customer service was 5 star. Thankyou to Amber for all your help
