I called up the store asking for advice for choosing a dog bed - as a prospective first-time dog owner I had no idea what to look for and the amount of ads online was overwhelming. The staff who took my call (unfortunately could not recall her name) was extremely helpful, gave me the exact kind of honest suggestions I needed. I went down to the store later that day and picked up the dog beds - have been very happy with my choices.
We booked in a puppy school a month in advance only to have it cancelled on us one week before it starts, without notice or comms.
We were served by Tom today and received excellent customer service. He was very friendly, helpful and professional, making our visit a pleasant experience. It’s always great to be greeted by someone who is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping customers. Thanks, Tom, for your outstanding service! Bought Catsan and treats!
Very very happy with the expertise of the Groomers at Pet Barn Preston. My boy was trimmed and washed exactly as I asked and he looks fantastic and will be a lot more comfortable. Highly recommend.
