Extremely disappointed with my Cavalier’s groom. This was by far the worst grooming experience I’ve ever had at Petbarn. I was told my dog’s ears were “too matted” and had to be completely shaved off — something no other Petbarn groomer has ever suggested in all my years of visits. In the past, his ears were always carefully de-matted with patience and attention to detail. Instead, this groomer took the easy way out. Excellent.
My gosh would highly recommend the lovely young woman there who do the grooming. It was my first time experience and as well with my dog Griffiths. The results and standards where i high . The out come a very happy dog owner and a dog well groomed .
