Absolutely appalled by the behaviour of the store manager at this petbarn. I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone in customer service. The manager Jade, I believe her name is. was arrogant, dismissive, and incredibly disrespectful from the moment I asked a simple question. Instead of helping, she spoke down to me with a horrible attitude and made the entire experience uncomfortable and embarrassing.
