Worse place to go too.the dog groomer lady was extremely rude 😒 made me stand there while she was walking around talking to other customers than walk over to a dog and started working i asked do you mind if you could help me please and she replied cant u see im busy...i had a appointment to drop my dog off for a clip.i said fair enough and I just walk out the people dont care petbarn the big corporations dnt care about there animals and people they hire also dont...i urge people to go to a smaller dog groomer or a small pet... read more

Treatment of fish is disgusting. I saw at LEAST 3 dead fish and 2 significantly ill fish, tanks are full of black algae. Watched a lady purchase 2 fancy goldfish who obviously had no knowledge of fish, and the employee made no effort to check she had the right tank (which would need to be massive!) and was aware that the fish grow up to 20cm. Whilst I’m certain that this is an industry-wide problem I truly wish Petbarn would take more initiative to stop the negligence fish are subjected to.
Absolutely discussed with the lack of service I experienced today. I lined up to ask the male cashier to purchase some fish and he told me he was nearly due to finish work and to go and wait for another worker who was already talking to a family about buying a massive fish tank. I went over and waited only to overhear the worker tell the family that the fish tank they wanted to buy was out of stock.
