We had very bad experience with pet grooming and management of the petbarn Pennant Hills, this has been couple times and for months at grooming service which did not provide reasonable timely and customer focused service. Trying to understand their constraints but they have very poor and inappropriate customer service, management and communication. Not recommended at all!

They don't sell basics like bird seed. Mostly just wildly overpriced stuff for dogs and cats. My local supermarket has a wider, cheaper, range of what I need.
