To be honest I stopped using this store only because it was cheaper to order on pet circle and get biscuits delivered to my house. The other day I realised I needed flea and worm treatment for my 2 dogs so went in and unfortunately they didnt price match cause it would of been below cost for them. They would only price match if I bought 2. I bought one but now I know this its something else I'll be putting with my pet circle order.

The member of the team previous visit made me aware of bentonite clay for the cat tray, which works amazing. She also mentioned diluted QV baby oil and stay away from products containing Lavender
Used to price match but now seems very selective. Went in to buy worming tablets... Petbarn had them for $86, showed them Pet Circle had them for $77.36 and was told the best they could do was $85 because that's what they pay for them. Got home and realised she'd actually charge me their full amount anyway, so no discount or price matching at all.
