Delivered pet food that was 20 days past its expiry date. After eating it, my senior dog became sick with a bad stomach. When I called the O’Connor store, there was no apology or concern for my dog. Instead, I was questioned about whether the order actually came from their store and told I’d need to come in to swap it, which defeats the purpose of paying for 2-hour delivery.
