Most of the staff are super lovely and helpful except one guy who was really rude and seemed rude to the staff as well, he may have been a manager I'm not sure, it was definitely a surprise when I'm used to such good service there.

I went into the Northcote store last week to get organised before adopting our new cat, Blair. As first-time pet parents, I had a vague idea of what we needed but was definitely feeling a bit nervous about getting everything right. Steph was incredible. She took so much time and care to talk me through food, grooming, and litter (which has been a great choice for our cat) and shared her own experience as a cat owner.
