AVOID. My usual Petbarn was closed, so I stopped at this one on the way home. No baskets or trolleys, had to make up two 12-packs myself lug the boxes to the counter and asked to move them to opposite end when served so i wanted out of there as my arms were literally sore. Near zero effort to help find the product I was after. This was for an item listed as 'in stock' at Newstead for click and collect. Website equally useless and misleading - "Might be wrong" as stated by the staff.
