Kunaal was incredibly rude in store and was unhelpful and sighed when we asked him to show us where to find toys I had screenshotted online, I also showed him a screenshot of prices and products I wanted, noting the price and emphasising it to him. He proceeded to confirm he would honour the prices online. Newstead Assistant store Manager Amy Fawcett contacted me and shipped me 2 free Kitten packs 😊 after not having them in stock on my first visit and trying other stores with no luck.. I was very disappointed .. but my complaint was heard and resolved. Great customer service Amy Cheers I will definitely visit your store again 👍
Very friendly staff. Has pretty varied stock of things for dogs
