I would like to thank Millie for her amazing customer service. I came in a couple days ago and honestly had no clue what I was doing. It can be so intimidating shopping for pets as a first time pet owner, but her warm and welcoming presence, as well as her friendly and helpful attitude made me feel so comfortable. Best Petbarn in Australia- all the staff are absolutely lovely – especially the manager, Kevin who remembers and treats each dog as if they were his own! Super kind and super knowledgeable. My dog loves coming in –and so do I. Always a wonderful experience. Team of the year Petbarn!!
Always super helpful and kind, once let me exchange food when I accidentally ordered the wrong style. Ella was especially lovely, listening to me yap about my cats pooping habits 😮💨🤣💩
