Took my 12 year old labrador with me to purchase fish food. Whether it was her claws on the slippery floor but she would not progress into the shop. Struggled with her for 10 minutes in front of the cashier who said/did nothing. Then asked if there was somewhere I could tie her up so I could get the 2m to the freezer. Response - No. No offer to help, ask what I was after, nothing. Needless to say I left and will not be back.
Good stock quantity and reasonable prices.
Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
