I visited Petbarn today and unfortunately had a concerning experience at the counter. The staff member who served me appeared to be struggling to speak clearly, was slurring her words, and seemed unsteady while walking (swaying side to side). It made the interaction quite uncomfortable. I’ve visited this store a few times and had noticed something seemed a little off before, but today it was much more noticeable. Great staff and products
Always helpful and a great range of products. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to discuss the technical requirements of particularly diet for our dog. Highly recommend
