Phenomenally good customer service. We have a few repeat orders from Petbarn that are usually fulfilled by Petbarn Narrabeen. A delivery driver made a mistake and accidentally delivered one of our orders to the wrong address. Although it was completely outside of Petbarn’s control, they went above and beyond to ensure it was resolved immediately. I really appreciate that they took ownership to deliver the best possible outcome, and we’ll continue to be loyal customers for both our dogs.
Helpful staff
The staff are all welcoming ,friendly ,knowledgeable and helpful and take the time to find what you are looking for and the prices are very reasonable and cheaper than other stores .
