Staff are always exceptionally kind and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here although I do find it quite pricey.

What an absolute joke of a booking system - you arrive and there's at least six other dogs there, which isn't disclosed anywhere, if I knew that I wouldn't of bothered in the first place. Then I asked simple questions about potential waiting times, and all I got was half answers or "depends", I was not asking for MY convenience, I was asking for my pet's comfort, to ensure she's not around larger dogs for too long whilst waiting.
