Absolutely brilliant. The Assistant Manager answered every question I had about flea and tick. He Spent about 30 minutes talking me through every option with my puppy because the internet misinformation had us confused. Great service, great people.
It is no wonder why Pet Barn has over 72k five star reviews, i have never had a bad experience in the Caboolture or Morayfield stores over the past ten years. Today was Morayfield and seriously the customer service was off tap.! Well done team, keep on doing what you do as you all rock.!
