I usually Love this Petbarn store but went in today and saw a beautiful kitten sitting in small cage - Went to adopt and was told by the Manager on the floor that there isn’t enough time to fill out the paper work as she is closing and wants to go home. In her exact words; “we won’t have time to get it done before i close and you will have to come back tmrw morning”. Had my dog groomed and washed there on 25/10, couple of days after that he started touching his left ear, checked seemed full of infection, took him to vet, confirmed that water got into his ear, vet said looks like they pushed water into the ear, still treating him, deeply regret taking him there
