Morayfield Petbarn salesman who I spoke to regarding the worming product required to do the standard hook, whip, tape sold me a product that included heartworm. I did question the selection. Therefore the following days after the purchase I had a follow up call from the store , ensuring the product purchased was safe.

found mold in my cats food, the lady was rude and did not believe me and started talking about me when i had walked away to go buy a different brand of food. judged my choice in cat food and also refunded me the incorrect amount for the food that was moldy. i’m absolutely disgusted in this behaviour
