I had a lovely experience with Broden, a very kind helpful young man at Mittagong petbarn, first time we have been there.After many years in customer service myself, i was very impressed with such great customer service skills in this young man.He showed easy genuine kindness to my old diabetic dog that loves his outings to the pet store and loved Broden's attention treating him like a rockstar.Thank you for making our day.
