Terrible customer service with terrible attitude!! Treated like we were a hindrance…All we asked was something so simple and treated with disdain. Will never shop from there again! 😡
Absolutely disappointed with this grooming experience and honestly shocked at how poorly our puppy was handled during her FIRST EVER groom. Before the appointment, we clearly explained to the staff that this was her first grooming session. The puppy is extremely friendly with people — she regularly comes to a dog-friendly restaurant 4–5 days a week and happily interacts with strangers. She is only still learning confidence around other dogs and can get nervous in unfamiliar environments. The environment already felt chaotic ... read more
