Clean and well laid out store with a great range of pet products. Staff were lovely and helpful
So, how Customer service goes above and beyond. We went in today to buy our 6 weekly dog food and unfortunately they only had two bags of the specialty dog food we buy. We asked a guy if they had any more out the back and he said unfortunately not and we took his word. We went to the counter and asked the young girl if she could find out if there was any stock at another store as we traveled from the wheat belt and would like to go home fully stocked.
