I visited Petbarn Merrylands today to buy bird food and had a very disappointing experience. When I asked a staff member(Georgia) to check the price, instead of scanning the item, I was told to look at the shelf myself. When I politely asked again, the staff member responded rudely and made an unnecessary comment about “this being Australia and having rules.” The attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful.
