In all fairness,the shop is well supplied and organised. Most staff are really helpful, a few others are less helpful
I asked Angelina the manager ? about the leaps and bounds entry competition.She told me it was not open yet, although it opened 1st june. When I call her to rectify she said i mentioned a raffle. I never mentioned a raffle. She has poor listening skills, gaslightined me , pretending I made a mistake. Absolutely feeling not accountable for her lack of knowledge or mistake, and blaming the customer. They sell wellness for cats and great service
Absolutely amazing staff they were very helpful and provided for all my needs for when I brought my new puppy Beau in to get stuff I highly recommend going here A++++++++
