I shop at Petbarn weekly, most staff know of me. Yesterday I bought over $125 worth of dog food. As the sale was going through i did notice the tally screen that faces customer was covered, therefore I couldn't watch what I was being charged. Once I got home, I checked my receipt & a deal on buying 3 dog cans was NOT honoured. I went back to the store & brought it to their attention & all I was told was the manager would be told about the tally screen being covered. Petbarn in Mermaid Waters is not normally my preferred shop but this time because they had an early appointment for my dog to get groomed I went there. Worst experience ever. Got a text message to advise my dog was ready and apparently I’m expected to fly and be there very quickly. I work far and with traffic I got there at 4.45. Well got charged a late pick up fee.
