Great service and knowledgeable staff
Bought 6 small goldfish, 1 died immediately. Despite them offering a 30 day guaranteed on the fish they wanted a water sample first. How can only 1 out of 6 fish die if the water is not up to scratch. The fish weren't cheap either.
Pricing was deliberately deceptive. There was an ,On sale, sign covering original price, and next to that a sign saying buy one get one half price. I was shocked when I realised I had just payed $65 for cat litter. And no explanation for it at the counter other than “ oh yeah people get confused all the time’ it’s full price items. Will never ever return to pet barn again!!!
