I took my dog there for grooming today. They did a decent job of the grooming but thought it was a bit rich to charge $15 per 15 minutes upon completion. I left home immediately once I received the text and was charged an additional $30 on top of the already extortionate price for the grooming. Other groomers I have used previously have a 1 hour grace period before additional charges start. I won’t be back based on principle.
Emma the staff member went over and above to assist me and get me what I wanted and travelled to Marsden Park for. Well done Emma.
I have been getting my very handsome Golden Retriever Sammy groomed at PetBarn Minchinbury/Marsden Park since I brought him home from the breeder last August 2025. Jasper & Anton have always done an outstanding job. I highly recommend PetBarn for your grooming needs. Well done PetBarn.
