The staff in this store are all very helpful and friendly! I knew nothing about cats, found some strays and they have been helping me with the whole process!
I have been a regular at this petbarn since it opened since I live just a few blocks away. For the last few months, one of the staff has been plain rude, aggressive and condescending - the tall guy with face piercings. While he hasn’t said anything directly offensive, it’s the tone of voice towards customers that is very off-putting. I also feel bad for the other staff, the way he speaks to them is quite jarring. I came into today and received INCREDIBLE service from Katie. I needed information on my fishes i wanted to get with my best friend and she provided us with great advice and was so so kind . We really appreciated her service
I'm mainly I'm leaving this review just because I got along really well with Paul but I was also served by Jade who was lovely too.
