My local petbarn (and also my fave), the staff here have been so helpful, professional and kind every time I’m in for a visit.
Despite being a member there was no communication to explain that the food product for my dog had been discontinued. It only showed as ‘out of stock’ for weeks. It was not until I visited in store that I was able to determine the real reason I could not reorder. Options/alternatives were way more expensive than what I had been ordering. V disappointed
Knowledgeable and helpful staff make this store shine. HOWEVER the layout design of the checkout area is appalling and makes it awkward for customers.

I came today at around 1pm and the gentlemen that served me was so kind! He insisted on carrying my heavy items to my car. 10 stars for customer service! I didn't get his name but he has a cat called 'Red'
